Key points of construction operation
(1)測量放樣。
(1) Measurement and layout.
測設(shè)中樁,直線段每20m設(shè)一樁,平曲線段每10m設(shè)一樁,并在兩側(cè)路肩邊緣外設(shè)指示樁,見圖2。在指示樁上用明顯標(biāo)記標(biāo)出水泥土邊緣的虛鋪高度。
Set up center stakes, with one stake every 20m for straight sections and one stake every 10m for flat curved sections, and set up indicator stakes outside the edges of the road shoulders on both sides, as shown in Figure 2. Clearly mark the virtual laying height of the cement soil edge on the indicating pile.
(2)土方攤鋪。
(2) Earthwork paving.
原地面、水泥攪拌樁、砂礫換填驗(yàn)收合格后,恢復(fù)中樁和兩側(cè)邊樁,檢測基底高程,在基底上用石灰線畫出中線、邊線和布土方格(圖3)。根據(jù)實(shí)測虛鋪系數(shù)計(jì)算虛鋪厚度,壓實(shí)厚度按照20cm控制。根據(jù)運(yùn)土車大小,計(jì)算布土方格尺寸。
After passing the acceptance inspection of the original ground, cement mixing piles, and gravel replacement, restore the middle pile and the side piles on both sides, check the elevation of the foundation, and draw the center line, edge line, and soil distribution grid on the foundation with a lime line (Figure 3). Calculate the virtual paving thickness based on the measured virtual paving coefficient, and control the compacted thickness at 20cm. Calculate the size of the soil distribution grid based on the size of the bulldozer.
(3)整平。
(3) Leveling.
推土機(jī)粗平后做出標(biāo)高控制點(diǎn),然后用平地機(jī)精平,整理出路拱和橫坡,見圖4。整平后要及時(shí)檢測素土的含水量,按比含水量高出2%控制。隨后檢測土的含水量是否均勻并符合要求,合格后進(jìn)入下道工序。當(dāng)含水量過低時(shí),采用水車補(bǔ)水調(diào)整。當(dāng)含水量大時(shí),需翻開晾曬。
After rough leveling with a bulldozer, elevation control points are made, and then a leveling machine is used to level the arch and cross slope, as shown in Figure 4. After leveling, the moisture content of the soil should be tested in a timely manner, and controlled to be 2% higher than the optimal moisture content. Subsequently, check if the moisture content of the soil is uniform and meets the requirements. After passing the test, proceed to the next process. When the water content is too low, use a water truck to replenish water for adjustment. When the moisture content is high, it needs to be opened and dried.
(4)撒布水泥。
(4) Spread cement.
采用粉料撒布車進(jìn)行水泥撒布,見圖5。撒布前需要根據(jù)水泥劑量計(jì)算出每平方米的水泥撒布量,然后只需駕駛員在車輛控制器中輸入每平方米的水泥撒布量和撒布寬度即可。輸入后,車輛控制系統(tǒng)自動計(jì)算出相關(guān)參數(shù)并開始均勻撒布。
Use a powder spreader to spread cement, as shown in Figure 5. Before spreading, the cement spreading amount per square meter needs to be calculated based on the cement dosage, and then the driver only needs to input the cement spreading amount and spreading width per square meter in the vehicle controller. After input, the vehicle control system automatically calculates the relevant parameters and begins to evenly distribute.
(5)拌和。
(5) Mixing.
水泥撒布完成后采用冷再生拌和機(jī)拌和,見圖6。從兩側(cè)向中間方向進(jìn)行拌和,拌和速度為1~3.3km/h,拌和次數(shù)不少于1次,直到翻拌均勻?yàn)橹?。翻拌過程中,應(yīng)安排人隨時(shí)檢查翻拌深度是否滿足要求。翻拌完成后檢查含水量,如果含水量滿足要求,混合料色澤均勻一致,沒有灰條、灰團(tuán)和花面,沒有粗細(xì)顆?!案C或帶”就算拌和合格。同時(shí)采用EDTA滴定法快速測定水泥劑量。若水泥量不足,應(yīng)補(bǔ)撒水泥,重新滴定直至水泥劑量滿足大于等于4%的要求,然后重新拌和至符合要求。
After the cement distribution is completed, it is mixed using a cold regeneration mixer, as shown in Figure 6. Mix from both sides to the middle direction, with a mixing speed of 1-3.3km/h and a mixing frequency of no less than 1 time until it is evenly mixed. During the mixing process, personnel should be arranged to check whether the mixing depth meets the requirements at any time. After the mixing is completed, check the moisture content. If the moisture content meets the requirements, the color of the mixture is uniform and consistent, without any gray bars, clumps, or spots, and without coarse or fine particles, it is considered qualified for mixing. Simultaneously, the EDTA titration method is used to quickly determine the dosage of cement. If the cement content is insufficient, cement should be added and re titrated until the cement dosage meets the requirement of 4% or more, and then re mixed until it meets the requirements.
拌和過程中,及時(shí)檢查混合料的含水量。含水量宜略大于含水量1~2個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。如果混合料的含水量不足,利用灑水車灑水潤濕。
During the mixing process, check the moisture content of the mixture in a timely manner. The moisture content should be slightly higher than the optimal moisture content by 1-2 percentage points. If the moisture content of the mixture is insufficient, use a sprinkler truck to wet it.
(6)壓實(shí)。
(6) Compaction.
水泥土拌和均勻后,用壓路機(jī)立即在基面上快速碾壓一遍,以暴露潛在的不平整,見圖7。然后再用平地機(jī)精平一次。每次整平都按照精平要求進(jìn)行。需特別注意接縫處的整平,使接縫順適平整。
After mixing the cement and soil evenly, use a roller to quickly roll it over the base surface to expose potential unevenness, as shown in Figure 7. Then use a leveling machine to level it again. Each leveling is carried out according to the precision leveling requirements. Special attention should be paid to leveling the joints to make them smooth and comfortable.
整型后,用壓路機(jī)(22t)在填筑全寬內(nèi)相鄰交錯(cuò)排列,由兩側(cè)向中線縱向進(jìn)退式碾壓。碾壓時(shí),重疊1/2輪寬,后輪超過邊線。在頭兩遍時(shí)壓路機(jī)的碾壓速度采用1.5~1.7km/h,以后采用2.0~2.5km/h。
After shaping, use a roller (22t) to arrange adjacent staggered layers within the full width of the filling, and roll longitudinally from both sides towards the centerline. When rolling, overlap by 1/2 of the wheel width, and the rear wheels exceed the edge line. In the first two passes, the rolling speed of the roller is 1.5~1.7km/h, and in the future, it is 2.0~2.5km/h.
碾壓原則為先兩側(cè)后中間,先慢后快、靜壓、弱振、強(qiáng)振并檢測高程和壓實(shí)度、第四遍強(qiáng)振并檢測高程和壓實(shí)度,直到壓實(shí)度符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,靜壓消除表面輪跡印。
The rolling principle is to start from both sides and then the middle, slow first and then fast. The first pass is static pressure, the second pass is weak vibration, the third pass is strong vibration and the elevation and compaction degree are checked. The fourth pass is strong vibration and the elevation and compaction degree are checked until the compaction degree meets the design requirements. Finally, the surface wheel marks are eliminated by static pressure.
(7)試驗(yàn)檢測。
(7) Experimental testing.
水泥穩(wěn)定土碾壓完成后,先進(jìn)行自檢,見圖8。自檢合格后,報(bào)總監(jiān)辦及中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測。經(jīng)檢測合格后方可進(jìn)行下一步工序施工。
After the compaction of cement stabilized soil is completed, self inspection should be carried out first, as shown in Figure 8. After passing the self inspection, report to the Director's Office and the central laboratory for testing. Only after passing the inspection can the next step of construction be carried out.
