1、舊路的預(yù)處治

2、再生深度

2. Regenerative depth

再生后層面的厚度主要取決于再生深度。再生深度太淺,會(huì)使再生層的厚度小于設(shè)計(jì)要求的厚度,層厚是決定路面結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性的重要指標(biāo)。因此,必須隨機(jī)鉆孔取樣檢查。如果檢測(cè)值偏離設(shè)計(jì)值,應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整冷再生機(jī)深度,使其達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)深度要求。

The thickness of the regenerated layer mainly depends on the depth of regeneration. If the regeneration depth is too shallow, it will make the thickness of the regeneration layer less than the design requirement, and the layer thickness is an important indicator that determines the stability of the pavement structure. Therefore, it is necessary to randomly drill holes for sampling and inspection. If the detection value deviates from the design value, the depth of the cold regeneration machine should be adjusted in a timely manner to meet the design depth requirements.

為了保證全幅路面的再生施工,相鄰兩個(gè)再生幅面的搭接寬度設(shè)為20cm.對(duì)預(yù)先標(biāo)記在路面上的銑刨標(biāo)示線(xiàn)進(jìn)行檢查,所有后續(xù)再生幅面的寬度至少應(yīng)比銑刨轂的寬度窄15cm.若偏差超過(guò)10cm,則應(yīng)立即倒退至開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)偏差的地方,然后沿著正確的銑刨標(biāo)示線(xiàn)重新施工。施工中,應(yīng)盡量減少停機(jī)現(xiàn)象。縱向接縫的位置應(yīng)盡量避開(kāi)行車(chē)道上車(chē)輛行駛的輪跡。

In order to ensure the regeneration construction of the entire road surface, the overlapping width of two adjacent regeneration surfaces is set to 20cm. 4、路面標(biāo)高

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)冷再生層作為路面基層時(shí),路面標(biāo)高一般比舊路提高8~10cm,作為路面底基層時(shí),路面標(biāo)高一般比舊路提高23~28cm,由此引起的主要問(wèn)題有:與結(jié)構(gòu)物的銜接問(wèn)題;與舊路接頭的接順問(wèn)題;過(guò)村路段的排水問(wèn)題。
