第二個,盡管中國推廣再生工藝的時間不算長,但國內(nèi)外大量工程案例和研究結(jié)論表明,瀝青路面再生技術成熟可靠,只要科學設計、精心施工,工程質(zhì)量可以保證。在國外再生料的利用率是非常之高的,比利時和德國等國家已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)了100%的利用率,所以我們國家從2008年開始逐步推廣再生工藝,近兩年推廣速度更加迅速。
